Abstract Submission

• Submissions will only be accepted via the form below.
   

• Final submission date: April 8, 2026, 23:59
  ​

• An author can be a presenter in a maximum of two presentations.
   

• Application acceptance/rejection results will be communicated via email.
   

• For a paper to be included in the congress program, at least one author must be registered.

Writing a Summary

• Abstracts should be prepared in Turkish or English.
   

• The abstract should be a maximum of 500 words.
   

• The title should be written entirely in capital letters.
   

• Only the first letter of author names should be capitalized.
   

• The abstract should include the following sections: Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Poster Presentation

• Poster size: 70×100 cm (vertical)

• The poster should be prepared as a single piece.

​

• The title, author names, and organization information should be included at the top of the poster.

​

• Poster presentation time: 3–5 minutes

​

• Poster owners must be present at the poster area at the announced times.

Authors

• The author's full name, surname, academic title, and institution must be written completely.
   

• The contact information for the corresponding author should be provided.
   

• The papers must not have been previously presented at another national or international congress.
   

• All scientific and ethical responsibility rests with the authors.

Oral Presentation

• Sunum süresi: 10 dakika + 5 dakika tartışma

• Sunumlar PowerPoint formatında yapılacaktır.
  ​

• Sunucular, oturum başlangıcından en az 15 dakika önce salonda hazır bulunmalıdır.
  ​

• Sunum dili Türkçe veya İngilizce olabilir.
  ​

• Bilimsel kurul gerekli gördüğü durumlarda bildiri türünde değişiklik yapabilir.

Review and Publication

• The submissions will be evaluated using a double-blind peer review system.

• The evaluation criteria are originality, scientific contribution, methodology, and presentation quality.

• The highest-scoring papers will be awarded prizes.

• UDHEK 2026 meets the national/international scientific meeting requirements specified in the associate professorship application criteria.

• Accepted papers will be published in the conference ebook with an ISBN number.

• Papers that were not presented will not be included in the book.
